Evaluating errors in client error logs
You can resolve client errors by obtaining suggestions from the Operations Center or by reviewing error logs on the client.
Before you begin
To resolve errors in a backup-archive client on a Linux or Windows operating system, ensure that the client management service is installed and started. For installation instructions, see Installing the client management service.
