LSF_HOST_CACHE_NTTL

Negative-time-to-live value in seconds.

Syntax

LSF_HOST_CACHE_NTTL=time_seconds

Description

Specifies the length of time the system caches a failed DNS lookup result. If you set this value to 0, LSF does not cache the result.

Note: Setting this parameter does not affect the positive-time-to-live value set by the parameter LSF_HOST_CACHE_PTTL.

Valid values

Positive integer. Set a value between 0 and 60.

Default

60 seconds
