Syntax

LSB_ECHKPNT_KEEP_OUTPUT=y | Y

Description

Saves the standard output and standard error of custom echkpnt and erestart methods to:
  • checkpoint_dir/$LSB_JOBID/echkpnt.out
  • checkpoint_dir/$LSB_JOBID/echkpnt.err
  • checkpoint_dir/$LSB_JOBID/erestart.out
  • checkpoint_dir/$LSB_JOBID/erestart.err

Can also be defined as an environment variable.

Default

Not defined. Standard error and standard output messages from custom echkpnt and erestart programs is directed to /dev/null and discarded by LSF.
