FLEXlm Summary - License Server Stats

The license server stats graph shows the current, average, and maximum response time for each license server. Typically a threshold would be configured (possibly by the THOLD plug-in that is provided with RTM) to raise an alarm when the response times for license servers exceeded a threshold for a number of samples or over a particular time period.

The following chart shows average response times clearly in the 100-millisecond period, with a maximum response time over the monitored period of slightly more than 3 seconds. It is important to understand that the values are averaged response times over differing time periods, so “zooming in” on a time period can show different average values. Average response times over 5 minutes can be considerably different from average response times over 2 hours.
