Settings (RTM Plugins)

The RTM Plugins tab on the Console > Configuration > Settings page contains all settings related to RTM plugins. Most of the plugins have default values that do not need to change.

RTM Job Heuristics Settings (JobIQ)

Configures settings used by the JobIQ plugin, which shows job-related statistics and the position of your jobs in the queue.

License Service Configuration

License Database Maintenance Time: This is the maintenance task that cleans up old records in the table. Usually, the cleanup task affects the performance of the License Service plug-in, so you should choose a time that has minimum impact on the system.
Add License Service Device: When this option is enabled, RTM automatically adds a license server device and generate the default graph for the device without user intervention.
Add All Features Graphs: Enable all graphs available for a service. This setting is disabled by default to minimize disk space and time to generate the graphs. When the option is enabled, RTM adds all features graphs.
Exactly Filter License Checkout: Filter the license checkout by all attributes or only part. When the option is enabled, RTM will exactly filter license checkout by host, user, vendor and feature name that is forwarded to License Checkout
Synchronize the hostnames: Synchronize the hostnames between LSF and the License Checkout host when one host uses a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) and the other doesn’t. When this option is enabled, RTM tries to synchronize the two host names. Select this option if the host names are not same in both LSF and the License Checkout host. You should also configure either LSF_STRIP_DOMAIN on your cluster, or use FQDNs in FLEXlm to match the FQDNs in LSF.

Pending Reason Dashboard Configuration

If this option is enabled, pending reason statistics include both DONE and EXIT job status. The default is to include all exited pending jobs, which are jobs that were killed before they had a chance to run.

RTM License Scheduler

This option specifies how to aggregate data in the License Scheduler plugin. Data is aggregated according to different delimiters and levels.

RTM Cluster Benchmark Settings

These settings provide threshold and other alert presets.

Disk Monitoring

These settings enable the the DiskU monitor device (poller), and provide other options for the DiskU plugin, including how long the monitoring data is kept and rotated, organization hierarchy, collection methods, and user/group settings.
