Viewing Syslog alert history

If enabled, RTM keeps a log of all Syslog alerts. The Syslog alert history, or Alert Logs are viewed under the Syslog tab.


  1. Go to the Syslog tab.
  2. Click the Alert Logs tab.
  3. Filter and sort the logs to view only applicable logs.
  4. Select an alert to view the Log Details.
