Streamlined naming for IBM Spectrum Control

IBM Storage is aligning the names of products and product bundles across its portfolio. This renaming effort is solution-focused and can help accelerate your ability to identify the storage products that you need, where and when you need them.

While the name of IBM Spectrum Control remain the same, many of the products that they monitor are updated. The updated names are shown on the IBM website, in the product-related GUIs and publications, and in the GUI and documentation for IBM Spectrum Control.

Note: To experience the refreshed IBM Storage branding during the upgrade to IBM Spectrum Control 5.4.11 from previous versions, it is essential to restart the data collection or restart the probe.
