Report problems that you encounter in IBM
Spectrum Control.
Before you begin
IBM® is committed to customer satisfaction and is ready to assist if you encounter any problems with IBM
Spectrum Control. By opening a case, you can ensure that IBM Support will be informed of your problem. When you open a case, have the following information ready:
- The version, release, modification, and service level number of your IBM Spectrum
Control installation.
- The communication protocol (for example, TCP/IP), version, and release number that you are
using.
- The activity that you were doing when the problem occurred, listing the steps that you followed
before the problem occurred.
- The exact text of any error messages.
Procedure
To open a case for IBM Spectrum
Control, complete
the following steps:

Go to the IBM Support portal.

Click Open a case.

Log in with your IBMid.

Describe the problem.

Submit the case.
