If the application from which you are starting IBM Spectrum Control is in a different TCP/IP domain than the IBM Spectrum Control server, a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) is required for the server. If a FQDN was not provided for the server during installation, you can change the domain name using the web server administrative console.
