Proxy settings

In the Proxy settings page, you can configure a global proxy service with a host, port, username, and password.

To access these settings, complete these steps:
  1. If you are connected to another application, such as Compliance center, click the application switcher and switch to Compliance center workflows.
  2. In the Compliance center workflows sidebar, click System configuration.
  3. Click the Proxy settings tab.

You must have the required credentials in advance.

Settings

The available settings for the proxy configuration are shown in this table:

Setting Description

Enable proxy for the worker-nodejs-config service

Enable proxy for the worker service

Ticking these checkboxes enables the proxy for the worker-nodejs-config and worker services, which are local to the instance.
Host The host provider of the proxy service.
Port The port of the proxy service.
Username The username that is associated with the proxy service.
Password The password that is associated with the proxy service.
