Planning an upgrade
When you upgrade an instance of IBM® Software Hub, most services remain available during the upgrade, and users can continue to access the software with minimal interruptions. However, some services are unavailable to users. Review the following information to determine whether you need to let users know about planned outages during an upgrade.

Cluster-wide components
