Preparing to upgrade Watson Speech services

Before you upgrade Watson Speech services, you must complete the following tasks.

Procedure

Before you upgrade Watson Speech services, make sure to review the Known issues and limitations for Watson Speech services so that you are aware of any issues that might occur during the upgrade process.

Remember: Backup your data on a regular basis.

In the event of an unrecoverable failure, you can use the backup to recover your existing data. For more information, see Backing up your data in IBM Software Hub.

Note: The RabbitMQ service is removed when you upgrade to version 5.4 or later.
