Reauthorizing the instance administrator (Upgrading from Version 5.3 to Version 5.4)
If a user other than the cluster administrator will upgrade IBM® Software Hub, you must give a Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform user the required roles to upgrade the IBM Software Hub software in the instance projects.

An instance administrator can have either of the following permissions:

adminrole on the projects associated with the instance - The minimum role-based access control (RBAC) required to manage the components associated with an instance
