Authorizing an instance administrator to manage backups (Upgrading from Version 5.2 to Version 5.4)
If you want to enable a user other than the cluster administrator to debug
issues with backups or to collect data about backups, you must give an instance administrator
admin permissions on the project where the backup and restore utility is installed
on your cluster.

Repeat as needed If you have multiple instances of IBM Software Hub, repeat this task for each instance that you plan to upgrade.
Restriction: This option is not available if you use Portworx asynchronous disaster recovery, which requires thecluster-adminrole.
Procedure
Complete the appropriate task based on the backup and restore utility that you use:
