Creating a service instance for watsonx Orchestrate
After you install watsonx Orchestrate, you must create the watsonx Orchestrate service instance in the operands project. You can choose the method that you want to use to create the service instance.

Before you begin
Before you create multiple instances in watsonx Orchestrate, know about the restrictions.
- Though you are a member of many created instances, you can access only one tenant at a time within the same browser session.
- The number of service instances that you can create per watsonx Orchestrate installation is
based on your selected size. The recommended maximum limits are:
- For
Minimum reserved CPU(small_mincpureq)size, you can create 3 instances at the maximum. - For
Smallsize, you can create 10 instances at the maximum. - For
Mediumsize, you can create 20 instances at the maximum.
