IBM Software Hub Version 5.4.0

A new version of Db2 Warehouse was released in June 2026 with IBM Software Hub 5.4.0.

Accelerate AI workloads with IBM Db2 12.1.5
You can now run AI-driven workloads more efficiently with the Db2 Warehouse service on IBM Software Hub. This service is built on IBM Db2 12.1.5, which includes advanced vector processing and index-based acceleration to speed up similarity searches in both traditional and containerized environments.
Issues fixed in this release
The following issues were fixed in this release:
Database creation workflow fails in non-English browser languages

When using the IBM Software Hub web client in a non-English browser language (for example, Spanish), the database provisioning flow cannot be completed. On the Credentials page in the Cloud Pak for Data UI, selecting Create Secret from Vault does not display the required drop-down fields to choose a secret.
