After an Informix instance is shutdown using
cpd-cli manage
shutdown, the instance status in IBM Software Hub will
show failed since all deployments and statefulsets are scaled down to
0.
cpd-cli manage shutdown --components=<components> --cpd_instance_ns=<operand_namespace>

Workaround
- To get the true status of the operator and
operand, run cpd-cli manage get-cr-status :
cpd-cli manage get-cr-status --components=<components> --cpd_instance_ns=<operand_namespace>
