Data Gate server returns error or is inactive.
Symptoms
The Data Gate dashboard shows Data gate server error or Data Gate server inactive in the Status section.
Causes
The synchronization function has been configured, but is not running right now. Therefore, it cannot synchronize any data.
Resolving the problem
Click 
on the Data Gate dashboard. If the problem persists, contact
IBM Support.
