Activating the Db2 Connect Unlimited Edition license

As a prerequisite for all upgrades, the Db2 Connect unlimited license needs to be activated for all Db2 for z/OS subsystems that are connected as source to a Data Gate instance.

Note: This is a prerequisite for all upgrades.

Before you upgrade your Data Gate service, make sure to follow the process specified in Activating the Db2 Connect Unlimited license on a Db2 for z/OS subsystem to ensure connectivity between your Data Gate instances and connected Db2 for z/OS source subsystems after the upgrade.
