Post-installation setup for watsonx.data

After you install watsonx.data, you must set up the service before you can use watsonx.data™.

You can modify the default settings of various watsonx.data components to optimize performance, resource usage, and integration. For more information, see Customizing components.

After the initial installation of watsonx.data, you need to provision compute engines to run analytical workloads. It is typically done through the Infrastructure Manager in the watsonx.data console. For more information, see Configuring watsonx.data components.
