Upgrading Data Gate

An instance administrator can upgrade the Data Gate service on IBM® Software Hub.

Preparing the upgrade
Complete the following tasks before you run the actual upgrade.
Upgrading the service
Choose the appropriate upgrade topic depending on the service version you want to upgrade from and follow the steps in that topic.
After the upgrade
You see a number of tasks to be completed after a successful upgrade of the Data Gate service. An update of the necessary target Db2 configuration changes is mandatory. The other tasks might be required depending on your current situation.
