Resolving administrator privilege issues

A user with an administrator role on Cloud Pak for Data or Data Virtualization is unable to perform admin tasks on a Db2 Data Management Console instance.

This issue occurs because the user might not have the administrative privileges on a Db2 Data Management Console instance.

To resolve the issue, change the user with an administrator role on Db2 Big SQL, Db2 Warehouse, Db2, or Data Virtualization to an administrator for the Db2 Data Management Console instance.
