Use the Date/Time Configuration page on your Network IPS appliance to fine-tune the data or to ensure high availability (HA) pairs have the same information.
Navigating in IPS Local Management Interface:
| Option | Description |

| Date and Time | Specifies the date and the time. |
| Time Zone | Specifies the time zone for the appliance. |
| Enable NTP | Specifies if NTP (NIST Internet Time Service) is enabled or not. |
| NTP Version | Specifies the NTP version, 1 through 3. |
| NTP Servers IP/Host | Lists the NTP servers the appliance uses. Note: You can add
NTP servers that are not in the list by clicking the Add icon
and typing the NTP Server IP/Host information
in the Add NTP Servers window.
