Automating remote applications

After you activated the automation policies, you can automate the remote applications that you defined.

Procedure

  1. Open the Explore Automation Domains dashboard.
  2. In the Domains widget, select the defined UAA domain. Make sure that the remote applications that you defined are displayed in widget Resources.
  3. Right-click a remote application and select Start... or Stop... to see if the resource can be automated via IBM Z Automation Web Console.

Results

Now, you can automate non-z/OS resources via IBM Z Automation Web Console.
