IBM POWER Linux on Power (Little Endian) systems: lsfswg10.2.0.14-ppc64le.bin

Note: IBM Spectrum MPI 10.3.2 is supported on IBM POWER Linux on Power (Little Endian) systems. IBM Platform MPI 9.1.4 is not supported on IBM POWER Linux on Power (Little Endian) systems.
