System & Settings
The System & Settings tab allows administrators to change
access controls, roles, and permissions for users and user groups. Administrators can also modify
logos, page colors, and page settings such as job notifications, automatic page content refresh, and
remote console configuration.
System Services
System Services include the LSF Scheduler Dashbaord and the Platform Process Manager Flow Manager service.
Usage Statistics: track current and historical usage
Usage Statistics allows you to track current and historical usage of IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center installations and manage compliance with the license agreement.
Process Manager settings
The Process Manager Settings screen allows an Administrator to set global variables that will be passed to all flows.
Email Settings
The Email Settings page allows an Administrator to configure an external SMTP or LDAP server to retrieve user notification emails.
User Limits
The User Limits settings page allows an Administrator to specify the number of user licenses and to control the number of Browser, Web Services, and Desktop Client concurrent users. In addition, the limit of concurrent Mobile Client users can be controlled separately.
Session Management
Enabling session management displays a User Sessions page under System on the System & Settings tab. The User Sessions page allows the administrator to monitor the currently logged in user sessions and to end any active sessions, (except for the administrator's own session).
User Roles & Permissions
IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center has a flexible access control mechanism. You can control access to all pages of the web interface, and you can also control whether users can take actions on objects in pages.
