View inter-flow relationships

You can view all of your job flow definitions and the relationships between them by selecting the Map View page from the Flow Definitions view. The Map View page shows the proxy dependencies between flows.

The Map View page displays inter-flow relationships in a graphical format. The global view shows a graphical representation of each of the events that trigger a flow, it shows dependency lines between flows, and it shows curved, dotted dependency lines that represent dependencies on proxies within a flow.

You use the global view to see how your flow definitions relate to each other, and to see what triggers each flow. From the global view, you can:

  • See the entire business process.
  • See what events are used to trigger each flow.
  • See proxy dependencies between flows.
  • Manually complete an inter-flow dependency.
  • See flows that other flows are dependent upon that are currently not submitted to LSF Process Manager, or are on hold and waiting for a manual trigger.
