NICE Desktop Cloud visualization (DCV) installation architecture for Windows

This integration supports both physical and virtual hosts as application hosts.

A typical installation includes the following components:
  • An LSF® cluster with an LSF management host and LSF server hosts. The LSF server hosts act as application hosts.
  • IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center is installed on the LSF management host.
  • Users access IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center through a web browser on their workstations and are able to remotely visualize 2D/3D interactive applications.

The following diagram illustrates a typical installation in which the LSF management host is a physical Linux® host, the application hosts (LSF server hosts) are virtual Windows hosts, and the end user stations are Windows hosts.
