Configure X.509 with non self-signed certificates

Step 1: Prepare server and user certificates and keys
Step 2: Configure the web server for X.509
Step 3: Import certificates into IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center's trust store
Step 4: Configure the client for X.509 client authentication
