Sterling Intelligent Promising follows a monthly service update schedule.
Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS release schedule
Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS service and Order Hub SaaS updates take place according to the following general schedule.
| Environments | Update schedule |
|---|---|
| SIP Customer Non-Prod (CNP) | 1st full week of each month. If the 1st week starts on a Friday, the service update takes place during the following week. |
| SIP Customer Production | In the week following completion of the CNP update. |
| Order Hub | 1st Friday of each month. |
On-premises release schedule
Sterling Intelligent Promising is not yet available on the on-premises platform.
Containers release schedule
The release for Sterling Intelligent Promising containers is available two weeks later than the continuous delivery schedule of the Sterling Order Management System.
