Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS schedule
Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS service and Order Hub SaaS updates take place according to the following general schedule.

| SIP Customer Non-Prod (CNP) | 1st full week of each month. If the 1st week starts on a Friday, the service update takes place during the following week. |
| SIP Customer Production | In the week following completion of the CNP update. |
| Order Hub | 1st Friday of each month. |

- The scheduled dates are tentative and subject to change depending on the schedules of ongoing minor updates, escalations, and Severity 1 and production down issues that might arise.
- Quarterly major updates are planned for every third month of a quarter.
- Customers will be notified of any change in the release schedule.

Sterling Intelligent Promising on-premise offering is not yet available on the on-premises platform.
