Upgrading

Upgrade from V1 to V2 if you are subscribed to Inventory Visibility V1.

As you upgrade to the V2 APIs and events across your inventory, you must prepare your environment and plan the upgrade. Then, you can work with IBM to complete any upgrades across remaining environments. It is important to understand the main differences between the V1 and V2 APIs. From February 2025, the V1 availability and reservation APIs are scheduled for end of support. For more information about what to do, see Upgrading to Inventory service V2 APIs and events.
