Searching Supply and demand

As a fulfillment manager, you can search the Supply and demand with the help of Order Hub UI.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub UI.
  2. Click the Inventory icon that looks like 3 boxes stacked on top of each other beside a single box icon and select Supply and demand.
  3. Select Supply or Demand from drop down.
  4. Click Select item to select the item.
    Item search criteria
    1. Click Item search criteria.
    2. Enter Item Id and select Item characteristics.
    3. Click Next to confirm the selection.
      Note: You can select only one item.
    Select items
    1. Click Select items.
    2. Select Item ID.
    3. Click Select to confirm the selection.
  5. Optional Enter the Product class details.
  6. Optional Select the Type as per the supply or demand type selected in Step 3.
  7. Optional Enable Is aggregated and select the Location and Segmentation.
    Note: If Is aggregated is enabled, the retrieved quantity in the search results is the aggregated quantity of supply or demand for one item ID.
  8. Click Select nodes.
    Note: You can select multiple ship nodes.
    1. Under the Search and select tab, select Node or Distribution group.
    2. Click Save to confirm the selection.
    Note: In case you want to review the selected nodes or distribution groups, click Review selection.
  9. Click Search to confirm the filters and view the search results for supply or demand.

Results

The search results shows the list of all the supply or demand changes with the selected filters and the details of Item, Node, Product Class, Type, Segment, Segment type and Quantity.

What to do next

You can adjust amount of the selected item from the results page. Select the items you want to update and click Adjust amount. You can increase or decrease the quantity of the selected item.
