User role management

Self Service is used to create and manage users for IBM® Sterling™ Intelligent Promising.

These users exist outside of each individual IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising environment to manage the environments for your organization. As an administrator, you can add new users and provide them with an IBMid to access Self Service.
