Node breakdown KPIs

The Node breakdown tab in the Benefits report displays the actual benefits for the following node-related KPIs across distribution centers (DCs) and stores.

Within the Node breakdown tab, you can view KPIs specifically for DCs and stores, or a side-by-side comparison of both.

Table 1. Node breakdown KPIs
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Description
Total shipping cost The total shipping cost of the orders that were shipped from the selected node type during the specified time period.
Total processing cost

The total processing cost of the orders that were shipped from the selected node type during the specified time period.

Total processing cost = (Hourly rate * Total number of hours that were required to process the units)

Total packages by SLA
  • Meets SLA
  • Misses SLA
  • Meets SLA with shipping upgrade
The total number of packages that are expected to meet their SLA, miss their SLA, or meet their SLA with a shipping upgrade during the selected time period.
