Integrating with IBM Sterling Order Management System Software on-premises over phase 1

Configure the integration properties, JWT properties, and the public key to integrate Sterling Intelligent Promising with the on-premises offering of Sterling Order Management System Software over Inventory Visibility phase 1.

  1. Install the IBM® Sterling Order Management System Software. For more information, see Installing IBM Sterling Order Management System Software.
  2. Run the following enterprise activation script to activate the event handlers and templates. For more information, see Activating Sterling Order Management System Software and Inventory Visibility integration.
    ./sci_ant.sh -f integration_load_defaults.xml -DFunctionality=SIV_1.1 -DEnterpriseCode=<enterprise_code> -logfile logfile
  3. Enable the appropriate events to call actions and the corresponding services. For more information, see Integrating Order Management System Software with Inventory Visibility.
  4. Configure the IBM Sterling Order Management System Software for Order Hub and JWT authentication. For more information, see Configuring Sterling Order Management System Software for Order Hub.
  5. Configure the JWT related properties in Sterling Order Management System Software. For more information, see JWT properties for Sterling Order Management System Software.
  6. Configure the Sterling Inventory Visibility connectivity by setting the properties explained in Setting up the Sterling Inventory Visibility integration.
  7. Configure this public key in OMS Gateway. For more information, see Creating a JWT issuer secret by using a public key.
  8. Start the integration server for syncing supplies and demands to Inventory Visibility by using phase 1 adapter.
