Viewing the shipping benefit KPIs
During the optimization process, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aggregated and shipping benefit KPIs are updated in real time. Also, anytime that an order is rescheduled, the KPIs are updated and the orders are reoptimized by the Optimization service. To get an insight into shipping performance and cost savings, you can view these KPIs on the Dashboard and Benefits report. Now, you can also use APIs to view these KPIs. For example, you might want to view the KPIs for specific nodes or node types for a rescheduled order.
