Preparing and configuring catalog source for IBM OMS Gateway Operator and IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Operator

Prepare and configure two catalog sources, one for the OMS Gateway Operator and one for the Sterling Intelligent Promising Operator. A catalog source is a repository of metadata and a way of presenting information of various Operators to the Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM). The OLM uses this data to discover and install Operators and their dependencies.
