Configuring segments

As a system integrator, you can create segment types and segments for further inventory allocation.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Configuration (Configuration icon) icon and select Segments.
  3. To create a new segment, click Create segment.
    The segments that are available are shown. To remove a segment, from the Actions menu, click the Remove icon and click Remove.
  4. Enter or select the Segment type and Segment name.
    Note: You can add multiple segments under an individual segment type.
  5. Click Save to save the segments.

Results

After the segment is created, it can be used in segment allocation rules.
Note: If any of the segment or segment type is mentioned as blank, it shows as Not applicable.
