Integrating with IBM Sterling Order Management System Software

After the integration is completed with the Sterling Order Management System Software, Sterling Intelligent Promising gets enabled as the inventory management system for Sterling Order Management System Software. After this integration, the supply, demand, and reservation data is directly updated to Sterling Intelligent Promising, and not stored in Sterling Order Management System Software.

For more information about this integration, see Using Sterling Inventory Visibility as the inventory management system (phase 2). Integration with Order Management System Software also enables ingestion of transactional and non-transactional data from Sterling Order Management System Software to Sterling Intelligent Promising.
Note:
  • When accessing Order Hub, ensure to accept the certificate in browser first, and then try accessing the instance to prevent from receiving the CA invalid Authority error.
  • Ensure to add the Order Hub domain in the allowedOrigins parameter of CORS configuration to avoid cross origin resource sharing error. For more information, see cors parameter.
