Getting started for SaaS

Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS offering is fully managed by IBM. Hence, you can directly get started to explore and use its features. For more information about getting started based on your role, see Getting started with IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising.

Getting started for on-premises containers

Your organization's IT team, DevOps engineers, install, maintain, and upgrade the Sterling Intelligent Promising. As a first step, proceed with installation by using the IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Operator and IBM OMS Gateway Operator. For more information, see Installing by using containers.

After the installation is complete, get started to explore and use its features, based on your role. For more information, see Getting started with IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising. Getting started with IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising

IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising provides you with a single platform and a set of modular services for you to manage your fulfillment network. As a system integrator, you configure your fulfillment network, carrier, and shipping schedules. As a Fulfillment Manager, you manage many fulfillment requests trying to balance your costs across your fulfillment network. You use dashboards to monitor KPIs and create reports to communicate your findings. As a tenant administrator, you set up user accounts, configure the user interface, and help users to access APIs. Get started by identifying your role to determine the tasks to complete.
