Order summary

An order summary and shipment details are provided on the Order summary page. You can toggle the Order status view to include or to exclude optimization. Also, you can toggle the Items view to change from the Shipment view to the Item view.

Order summary

  • The Runtime optimization view displays the order details based on the optimization settings that are currently configured for your organization.
  • The Without inventory optimization view displays the order details associated with alternate optimization and without the inventory model. The stockout and markdown avoidance objectives are not included in this view.
  • The Without optimization view displays the order details associated with using only an Order Management System.
The first table on the Order summary page displays the following information about the order:
  • Order ID
  • Original order date
  • Date of optimization
  • Total cost
    Note: This value does not include the cost of the items in the order. Costs are also not included if the corresponding objectives are set to 0% at the time of optimization.
  • Carrier service code
  • Order lines
  • Number of shipments
  • Nodes shipped from
  • Stockout avoidance cost
  • Markdown avoidance cost
  • Order status
  • Load balancing cost
  • Scenario ID
  • Ship to address
A snapshot of various settings is displayed along with the respective line-level breakups.
  • Settings at the time of optimization

    Optional: In the Display settings page, select the General tab and browse to the Promise and fulfill section to toggle the Optimizing node performance setting to show or to hide it in the Order summary page.

  • Total cost breakdown
    • The values within this table are divided into absolute costs and weighted costs.
      • Absolute costs display the values before factoring in the optimization weights.
      • Weighted costs factor in the optimization weights that have been set for each optimization objective.
  • A Map displays the winning nodes and the nodes considered.

Shipments

The Shipments view displays information about the shipments within the order. The following information is displayed for each shipment:
  • Node ID
  • Item quantity
  • Shipping cost
  • Processing cost
  • Weight (lbs.)
  • Estimated ship date
  • Selected carrier service (for example, Next day air, or Ground)
  • Package status
  • Shipping distance (mi.)
  • SIP Premium contentCancellation risk cost
  • SIP Premium contentRescheduling risk cost
The following information is displayed for each line item in the shipment:
  • Line ID
  • Item ID
  • Ordered quantity
  • Shipped quantity
  • Number of nodes considered from which to ship the item
  • Order type (for example, Same Day Delivery, Ship, or Pick)

Item view

The Item view shows the information about all the items for the order. The information displayed for each item includes:
  • Line ID
  • Item ID
  • Winning node
  • Ordered quantity
  • Shipped quantity
  • Order type (for example, Same Day Delivery, Ship, or Pick)
  • Number of nodes considered from which to ship the item
