Viewing dashboards

Users with the Developer and the IBM® Support role can view different dashboards and the corresponding charts on the Monitoring tab. The dashboards present data about API and event performance in a chart and tabular format.

You can customize the dashboard and chart views and run detailed reports. For more information about the dashboards and charts, see Dashboards and charts.

Procedure

To view the dashboards, complete the following steps:

  1. Accessing Self Service.
  2. From the Self Service menu, select Environments.
  3. Select an environment.
  4. Click the Monitoring tab.
  5. Select the dashboard from the drop-down list to view the corresponding charts.
  6. Click the Time picker to select a different time duration to view the chart.

    The options for selecting the time are 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, and 7 days.

    To specify a customized time duration, click Custom, select the dates and time, and click Apply.

  7. Move your mouse pointer over a chart to view the specific points on the chart and the corresponding details.
