Managing fulfillment options

You can create, delete, enable, and disable the inventory fulfillment options at item level.

1. Log in to Order Hub.
2. Expand the Configuration menu and click Fulfillment options.

Creating fulfillment options

You can define the fulfillment options at the item or SKU level. You can define the available delivery method of a specific item at a node.

3. Click Create fulfillment option.
4. In the Create option modal, Click Select items.
5. In the Select items modal enter the Item ID and click Next.
   Optional: Enter the Unit of measure and select the Item characteristic.
6. Select the Item ID and click Select.
7. Enter the Product class.
8. Click Select node and in the Select node modal, select a node and click Save.
9. From the list, select the Delivery method.
10. To enable or disable the fulfillment option, move the toggle to On or Off.
11. To delete all fulfillment option, select Reset.
12. Click Apply.

Searching for fulfillment options

You can search for the fulfillment options to disable selling at each level. If no results are shown, you can specify further search options.

13. In the Search modal, click Select items.
14. In the Select items modal, enter the Item ID and click Next.
    Optional: Enter the Unit of measure and the Item characteristic.
15. Click Next and then click Select.
16. Enter the Product class.
17. Click Select node and in the Select node modal, select a node and click Save.
18. From the list, select the Delivery method.
19. Click Search to search the fulfillment options, Save Search to save the current search criteria, and Clear to reset the search fields.
20. On the search results, you can select any Item or SKU to delete the option or create an option.
    You can enable or disable the fulfillment option.
