Installation on Microsoft Windows Server 2016 causes Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported error

When you run the IBM Verify Identity Governance installer on a Microsoft Windows Server 2016 computer, the error message Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported is displayed.

Solution

  1. Right-click the installer, and click Troubleshoot Compatibility.
  2. In Select Troubleshooting Options, select Try Recommended Settings Option.
  3. Test the program to check that it runs successfully.
  4. Save the settings.
  5. Now run the installer.
