Select Access
Use this page to find and request an access.
- Access information
- Select an access type from the list. The contents of
the list are defined by the system administrator.
The search is based on the access type that you select from the list. The list items might vary, depending on which access type you selected from the Access type list. For example, if you select Application, a new list with its dependent access types is displayed. Similarly, if you select All, no new list is displayed.
- Access type
- Select an access type from the list. Select All to display all of the accesses dependent on an access type and click Search.
- Access table
- Lists the commonly used access items matching the specified search
criteria. To sort the table by a specific column, click the arrow in the column heading. The table contains these columns:
- Select
- Specifies an access. Select an option to select an access.
- Access Name
- Identifies the name of the access.
- Service Name
- Identifies the name of a managed resource associated with the access.
- Access Type
- Identifies the category of the access, and consists of these types:
- Application
- AccessRole
- MailGroup
- SharedFolder
- A custom-defined access type

. - Access Description
- Provides a description of the access.
If the table contains multiple pages, you can:
- Click the arrow to go to the next page.
- Type the number of the page that you want to view and click Go.
