Work order activities

Work order activities are part of workflow processes that require your response in order to be completed.

Work order activities are displayed in your to-do list and consist of action items that you must complete outside the system. For example, you can be assigned a work order to have an office key made for a new employee. After you complete the work order activity, you enter the outcome of the work order when you complete the activity in IBM Verify Identity Governance.
