Stopping the IVIG Service Center tracing

You can stop the IVIG Service Center trace process when you are done collecting the information that you need to investigate an issue.

Procedure

Stop the trace process by reloading the IVIG Service Center using this URL:

http://[host]:[port]/itim/ui?isimPath=dist&isimTrace=all:none.

Alternatively, you can log off from IVIG Service Center. Then, close all browser windows to clear all the IVIG Service Center trace settings.
