When email notifications are not delivered through the Verify Identity Governance Server, there is no information to determine the cause of the problem. The information provided by the user to create and send the email notifications probably contains errors that can cause delivery failures.

Enable tracing and perform a task that generates an email notification. Examine the trace.log file to determine what errors occur.
