Disabling access for multiple groups
You can disable access for multiple groups.
Before you begin
Ensure that your system administrator grants you the ACI Modify at the operation level and Access Options at the permission level in the ACI configuration.
If the Enable Access and Disable Access buttons are not visible, ensure that your administrator grants you the necessary permissions. As an administrator, to configure the view, go to User ViewAdmin ConsoleManage ServicesManage Groups on a Service. Define access for the logged in user.
About this task
Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To obtain access to this task or to have someone complete it for you, contact your system administrator.
Procedure

From the Identity Manager administrative console, click Manage
Groups. The Manage Groups page is displayed.
- Click Search to filter or browse for the available services.
- Select a service and click Continue.
- In the Select Group area, click Search or Refresh.
- Select the box for each group that you want to disable access.
- Click Disable Access.
- Click Disable. Review the messages to confirm that access is disabled successfully.
- Click Cancel to return to the Select Group page.
