Review Activity report

You can generate reports to show the status of review requests access certification campaigns in IBM Verify Identity Governance - Container.

Before you begin

Before you proceed to generate the reports, ensure that you have run the data synchronization so that reports reflect the latest details.

Procedure

  1. In the IBM Verify Identity Governance - Container, log in to IM Console. From the main menu, go to Reports → User and Accounts Reports.
  2. Click the Certification Campaign Review Activity Report link.
  3. Select the Campaign Type as either Account, User entitlement or Any. By default, Any option is selected.
  4. Provide the name of the campaign for which you want to generate the report. To select all campaigns, enter *.
  5. Provide the date range for the report using the following filters.
    • Campaign start date
    • Campaign end date
    • Review completion date
    Select the From and To dates to display the calendar drop downs and select the dates for the report. You cannot go back more than 90 days.
  6. Select the appropriate filters to filter the results. You can search by
    • Service
    • Reviewer name
    • Assignee name
    You can use any combination of filters to refine your results. To remove a filter, click Clear.
    Note: The search fields are case-sensitive.
  7. From the Format drop-down list, select the file format into which you want to export the report, such as CSV or PDF.
  8. Click OK. The Report is generated.

To customize the Review Activity report by adding new columns, go to Reports → Design Reports → Certification Campaign Review Activity report. Go to Contents, and click Add. The following entities are supported:
  • Person
  • Account
  • Service
  • Process
  • Campaign_Assignment
  • Campaign_Instance
  • Campaign_Configuration
Using any other additional entities may lead to an error message.
